Promoting justice and equity for children, families, and underserved communities
We serve the public good by promoting and providing access to justice for children, youth, families, persons with disabilities, and individuals in underprivileged or distressed situations. Through legal representation, advocacy, education, and community outreach, we strive to defend human and civil rights, fight discrimination, and reduce inequities in access to legal and educational resources.
We provide quality legal representation for families navigating complex educational and civil rights issues.
We educate communities about disability rights and advocate for inclusive policies and practices.
We advocate for children in school settings to ensure they receive appropriate educational services.
We conduct workshops to empower communities with knowledge about their rights and available resources.
